Choose what to try next
Ask why the experience matters and what you would like to do differently next time. Choose one small action rather than trying to explain or change everything about yourself at once.
Share a course Memo. Work through it together.
Share a course Memo. Ask, explain and compare in comments.
That lecture topic you’re still trying to untangle? Give it a Memo in Memooo. Add the example you’re stuck on, share it with classmates, and ask your question in the comments. Keep the material and the discussion in one place.
Conditional probability: why does knowing B change the chance of A?
Same course topic. Different ways to explain it.
Share a course Memo. Ask, explain and compare in comments.
You have a worked example. Your classmate sees it another way. Put the topic and supporting material in a Memo, share it, and compare explanations in the comments. Memooo gives your study discussion a place beside the material.
Normal distributions: compare a diagram with a worked example.
Share the material. Discuss what’s still unclear.
Share a course Memo. Ask, explain and compare in comments.
Sometimes you need a different explanation. In Memooo, keep a concept and its examples together, share the Memo with classmates, and use comments to discuss the parts that are still unclear. Add what you learn to your own explanation.
Correlation and causation: discuss why one does not prove the other.
Give your study group a topic to talk through.
Share a course Memo. Ask, explain and compare in comments.
“Anyone understand this?” Start with one course question in Memooo. Add the relevant notes or example, share the Memo with classmates, and use comments to talk it through. A focused topic gives your study group something concrete to discuss.
An exam-style question: discuss the reasoning behind each step.
Share what makes sense. Invite the next question.

Found an example that makes the topic clearer? Put your explanation and supporting material in a Memo, then share it with classmates. Their questions in the comments can reveal what needs another example. Keep developing your explanation as the discussion grows.
Opportunity cost: share a real-life example and invite classmates to question it.

Starting point
Choose a topic, explore its smaller parts and discover how ideas fit together. Find something to try, read at your own pace and explore this public library without an account.
A new way to explore and remember
Turn what you read into something you can explain. Start with a question, express the idea in your own words, practise recalling it and check what needs more work.
Choose a question from a lesson, paper or meeting. Make it specific enough to answer, whether you are revising for an exam, exploring research or learning about a new industry.
Write the main idea in your own words and add a concrete example. Notice where your explanation becomes vague: that uncertainty can guide your next reading or conversation.
Practising recall and spreading practice over time are supported learning strategies. Your notes provide material to practise with; organising them alone is not the practice. Try recalling an answer, then return to it on another day.
Close your notes and explain what you remember. Then check your answer against the source and correct mistakes. Looking first would skip the attempt to retrieve the idea yourself.
Revisit the question on another day and try answering again before opening your notes. Use what you remember and miss to decide what needs further practice.
Compare your answer with the material you studied. Mark one missing idea, unclear explanation or mistake, then choose how to investigate it. Keep the source in your working records so you can check again.
A new way to explore and remember
Give plans, practical details and decisions a place outside your head. Focus on what matters now, separate reference information from actions and review your notes as the week changes.
Choose a current situation: an exam week, a move, a trip or balancing work with family life. Write the goal and the context you need before deciding what to do next.
Replace a vague task such as “sort out the trip” with a step you can take: “Compare two train routes.” Keep the relevant dates and questions with that step.
Keep reference details apart from things you intend to complete. A travel date is information; comparing departure times is an action. This distinction helps you see what still needs doing.
Ask what is coming up, what you are waiting for and what you can finish, change or let go. Update the notes that matter this week; you do not need to catalogue your whole life.
A new way to explore and remember
Keep dishes you want to cook again, together with the lessons from making them. Organise recipes in ways you recognise, and make the collection useful through your own experience rather than its size.
Give each dish a clear name, then organise its ingredients, method and origin beneath it. Keep the quantities and instructions needed to cook it accurately, breaking longer material into complete, useful steps.
Record ingredients and quantities with the number of servings they make. If the list needs more space, group it by meaningful recipe components; keep each quantity beside its ingredient.
Record the method and equipment. Give longer steps their own sub-Memos, keeping essential conditions and quantities with the instruction they belong to. Do not shorten a recipe by dropping information needed to follow it.
Record who taught you the dish or where the recipe was published. Distinguish the original instructions from your own variations so you can tell which changes you tried.
After making a dish, note how long it took, which variation you tried and what you would change next time. Keep those observations with the dish so they are available when you cook it again.
Group recipes by how you choose meals: quick weekday dinners, budget favourites, cooking for friends or using an ingredient you have. Use up to six groups at a time, with further detail underneath when needed.
Choose three dishes you already enjoy. Record one useful lesson from cooking each, then pick one to make this week. A small collection you use can be a useful starting point.
A new way to explore and remember
Explore your experiences without reducing yourself to a label. Describe what happened, consider why it mattered and choose what to try next. These reflections are not a personality test or diagnosis.
Choose a class discussion, conversation, project or decision. Record what happened and what you noticed, including what went well or felt difficult. Start with the experience before deciding what it means about you.
“I did not speak in that meeting” describes an observation. “I never have anything useful to say” is a broader judgement. Consider other explanations and other examples before drawing a conclusion about yourself.
Return to earlier notes and notice what changes. Look for repeated experiences as well as exceptions; one moment does not describe your whole personality. Keep questions open when the evidence is mixed.
A new way to explore and remember
Keep the story behind your CV: your work, contribution, outcomes and learning. Include school projects, research, volunteering and employment. Use concrete examples to describe your experience, rather than relying on job titles alone.
Mapping my professional journey
For an experience, record the challenge, your role, the actions you took and the outcome. Make your contribution clear within a team effort, and note what you learned from the result.
Mapping my professional journey
Support an experience with a presentation, publication reference, project result or feedback where appropriate. Keep evidence only when you are entitled to retain it; leave out confidential material you cannot use.
Mapping my professional journey
Include learning, volunteering and projects alongside employment. Record what you actually did and learned in each setting. Skills and experience can come from more than the positions listed in a CV.
Mapping my professional journey
Choose an experience worth returning to. Record what you would repeat or change, and use the account when preparing an application, a review or another decision. Adapt the questions to your kind of work.
Describe the group’s task, your responsibilities and what you contributed. Record the outcome and one thing you would approach differently in the next project. Separate your actions from the team’s overall result.
Record the research question, your contribution, the findings and their limitations. Preserve the qualifications needed to interpret the result, and identify what you would investigate or change in further work.
Record the decision, the assumptions behind it and the outcome you expected. When reviewing it, distinguish what you knew at the time from what you learned later.
A new way to explore and remember
Explore the people, places and changes behind the Olympic Games. Use a timeline to establish order, choose an angle that interests you and compare accounts before deciding why an event mattered.
Exploring the history of the Olympic Games
The first modern Olympic Games took place in Athens in 1896. Use this as an entry to the modern Games, then compare it with the ancient tradition and later editions without treating them as identical.
Exploring the history of the Olympic Games
Follow an athlete’s story, a sport’s development, participation, host cities, technology or sport and politics. Begin with a question you want to investigate, rather than trying to cover the whole history at once.
Exploring the history of the Olympic Games
Choose two editions of the Games. Ask what changed, what stayed familiar and whose perspective is missing from the accounts you found. Explain a difference using evidence rather than assuming its cause.
Exploring the history of the Olympic Games
Keep the date, the question and the evidence behind a historical claim in your working records. Separate documented events from interpretations of their significance. Check the evidence before repeating a claim.
Starting point
Use sub-Memos to break a subject into smaller parts. Explain how each idea connects to the whole. Practise what you learn, and revise your memory tree as your understanding develops.
Learn by giving your ideas structure
Give each Memo one useful purpose. Explain the main idea briefly, then use sub-Memos for details that need their own space. Each branch should make sense as an explanation as well as a place to browse.
Break a subject into smaller parts
A Memo called “My next course” can contain modules, and each module can contain questions. Keep a short explanation at every level so you can understand the course, module or question independently.
Break a subject into smaller parts
Open a branch to browse its children. On a narrow screen, choose Open Memo to read the branch itself. A Memo with no children opens directly; a split workspace can show the branch and its content together.
Learn by giving your ideas structure
Give each detail one clear home beneath the topic it explains. A question about a course module belongs beneath that module, with enough context to understand the question when you return.
Learn by giving your ideas structure
Start from a familiar subject and browse its smaller parts. Use Back to return one level or Home to return to starting points. Search can help when you remember a word rather than a location.
Search titles and descriptions in this library when you remember a word or phrase. Open a result to read its Memo directly, even when that Memo also has children.
Recent shows Memos you have opened, while Favorites keeps the ones you mark with a star. Use either view when it is easier than retracing a branch. Demo changes reset when you reload.
Starting point
Start with one Memo about something that matters to you. Add context and a sub-Memo for a smaller idea. Open the app to keep your work; these public examples are not copied automatically.
Keep a separate copy of important Memos. In the app, branch export saves a Memo and its connected content in an encrypted file protected by your export passphrase. This public demo does not export your personal Memos.
The export passphrase is a password you choose to protect the encrypted file. You need it to open the copy. Memooo cannot recover that passphrase if you lose it.
Put the exported file somewhere you can find again. Keep its passphrase safely and separately from the file, so the two are not stored together.
Before relying on an exported copy, check in the app that you can import it and read its contents. This public demo explains the process; it does not access your files.
Use Open app to follow the login or signup steps. Create a Memo with a meaningful title and a short explanation, then add a sub-Memo for one smaller part.
After creating a Memo in the app, return to starting points and find it again. Check that its title helps you recognise it and that the description still makes sense when reopened.
Opening the app does not copy this library into your workspace. Edits made in the public demo reset on reload. Create your personal Memos in the app when you want to keep them.
Starting point
Build a tree of ideas using Memos and sub-Memos. Add useful details, then browse or search to return to them. Demo edits reset on reload; your personal work belongs in the app.
You do not need a complete system before writing. Give one idea a title you will recognise and explain why it matters. Let smaller Memos grow beneath it as you find details worth keeping.
For a Memo called “My next course”, explain why you want to take it and what you hope to understand. Use the title to identify the course and the description to preserve its purpose.
Keep the explanation in the description. Add a date, place, type or attachment when it serves the idea, and use a checklist for actions. Put longer explanations in sub-Memos rather than hiding them in other fields.
For a course, a checklist might contain “Choose a course”, “Collect the reading” and “Write my first question”. Use it for steps to complete, while explanations and questions keep their own descriptions.
A course outline can sit alongside your notes as a file in the app. Add material when it provides useful context, without using attachments as a substitute for clear descriptions or sub-Memos.
Starting point

Memooo runs in your browser, with monthly or yearly plans for encrypted cloud storage. New personal accounts receive a 14-day no-card trial. Nothing is charged automatically when it ends.
Memooo opens in your browser. A monthly or yearly cloud subscription provides encrypted storage, synchronisation and eligible sharing. New personal accounts begin with a 14-day no-card trial. Guest access stays free within the owner's permissions.
A new web account receives a 14-day cloud trial without a payment card. After the trial, a cloud subscription is required to continue creating or synchronising cloud content.
If you do not subscribe, supported reading, export, billing management, recovery and account deletion remain available. Creating and synchronising cloud content require an active subscription after the trial.
Choose a monthly or yearly plan. USD prices include applicable tax. Each plan has both a storage limit and a Memo-count limit; reaching either restricts additional content.
25 GB and 25,000 Memos: USD 5 per month or USD 50 per year. 100 GB and 100,000 Memos: USD 20 per month or USD 200 per year. 250 GB and 250,000 Memos: USD 50 per month or USD 500 per year. These USD prices include applicable tax. Checkout shows the final currency, total and renewal terms before you pay.
Encrypted attachments, optimized images, thumbnails and recoverable attachments in Trash count towards storage. Both storage and Memo-count limits apply. Contributions in shared Memos use the owner's allowance, not the guest's.
Stripe Checkout displays your selected fixed capacity, applicable tax and total before payment.
Subscriptions renew monthly or yearly according to the selected plan unless cancelled. Review each plan change and its effective date before confirming.
Choose Change plan in Billing & storage, select a plan, then review its price, any immediate adjustment and effective date. Upgrades may require payment before capacity increases. Downgrades apply at renewal without deleting existing content; usage limits still apply.
Use Stripe’s Customer Portal to manage payment methods, invoices, cancellation and renewal for a web subscription.
Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Cloud access remains active until then. The subscription does not renew after the cancellation date unless it is resumed.
A failed renewal can enter a limited payment-grace period. After the trial, paid period or grace period ends, content writing is restricted; supported reading, export, billing management, recovery and account deletion remain available.
Mandatory refund and withdrawal rights continue to apply. EU consumers may have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right, distinct from the free trial.
For purchases sold through Link, use Link transaction support for refund and payment requests. Contact info@memooo.pro for product problems or help identifying a purchase. Mandatory refund rights remain. Cancellation stops renewal; withdrawal or a refund is a separate request.
EU consumers may have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract. Mandatory local rules prevail over this summary.
Any request for immediate service, acknowledgement about performance during the withdrawal period and resulting refund calculation must be shown during the applicable purchase flow. Mandatory local rules prevail.

Memooo is for adults aged 18 or older. It is not directed to children and does not offer a parental-consent workflow.
Memooo processes account, device, memory, billing, communication and technical data to operate the service. Optional AI and web capture process material you choose for the requested feature. The following Memos explain the categories and purposes.
Account, device and technical information helps deliver and protect the service. Device biometrics used to unlock a passkey are not sent to Memooo.
Account data includes your email address, Firebase user identifier, email-verification state, and authentication and security events.
Device and recovery data includes device labels, public cryptographic credentials, passkey metadata, approval state and encrypted key envelopes. Memooo does not receive the biometric used by your device to unlock a passkey.
Infrastructure providers process IP addresses and browser or device information for delivery, security, App Check, abuse prevention and logs.
Memory data includes encrypted Memo, comment, attachment, relationship, search-index, history, export and sharing payloads, plus limited operational metadata needed to store, route, count, synchronise and delete them.
For web subscriptions, Memooo handles Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, plan and capacity state, invoice events and tax-related records. Memooo does not store complete payment-card details.
Support, reminders, invitations and optional workflows process the information needed for those activities. AI and web capture use only the material you choose for the requested feature.
Messages and requested features
Communication data includes support messages, invitation addresses, reminder delivery data, security reports and transactional email delivery state.
Messages and requested features
Optional AI and web capture use only the text, images, files, audio, URLs and related Memo context you choose for the requested feature, together with provider and result metadata.
Processing supports the service, security and legal obligations. Depending on the activity, its legal basis is the service contract, compliance with law, legitimate interests in protecting and operating the service, or your specific request or consent where required.
Service purposes and legal bases
Memooo processes data to create and secure your account, deliver encrypted cloud storage and synchronisation, enable sharing and reminders, provide support, and operate subscriptions.
Service purposes and legal bases
Memooo also processes data to prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations and improve reliability. Legitimate interests concern protecting and operating the service; consent or a specific request applies where required.
Memooo has no behavioural advertising and does not sell personal data. The initial release does not use non-essential analytics cookies.
Memo content is encrypted on an approved device before storage. Operational metadata is not all end-to-end encrypted. An AI action you explicitly choose sends selected readable content to the provider shown in the interface.
Your device encrypts Memo content before storage. Managed recovery services can unwrap protected vault keys after identity and device checks. Memooo is not a zero-knowledge service where only you can ever recover keys.
Account, billing, delivery, sharing-routing, security and limited structural metadata are not all end-to-end encrypted because the service must process them to operate.
AI is hidden or shown as an inactive preview in the web MVP. A future enabled workflow must identify the selected content and provider before you send readable content outside your vault.
Memooo uses providers for infrastructure, web delivery, payments, email and optional AI. Encrypted customer content is stored in European regions; other processing may take place in the United States or elsewhere under applicable safeguards.
Google Firebase and Google Cloud provide authentication, database, storage, Functions, security and operational logging. Vercel delivers the web application.
Stripe and Link handle web payments and transaction records. For purchases sold through Link using Managed Payments, Link provides transaction support. Memooo remains responsible for the product and vault. MailerSend delivers transactional email.
AI is not active in the web MVP. OpenAI or Anthropic would receive selected plaintext only if a corresponding workflow is enabled and you explicitly use it.
Encrypted customer content is stored in European Firestore, Storage and Functions regions. This location statement does not cover every type of service data.
Authentication, edge delivery, payment, email, support, security and optional AI providers may process limited data in the United States or other countries under their applicable safeguards. The published Data and providers document lists their functions.
Account and service records are retained while your account is active and as needed for service, disputes, fraud prevention and legal obligations. Verified deletion removes the covered account data; specific records may remain for legal or security reasons.
Memooo retains account and service records as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet tax, accounting, security and legal obligations.
Verified deletion removes your account and owned vault data covered by that process. Contributions you added to another person's shared Memo belong to that owner's vault and may remain after your account is deleted, with identifying attribution removed where supported. Recipients can retain copies they already downloaded.
Some billing, fraud-prevention, legal or immutable provider records may be retained where law or a compelling security obligation requires it.
Operational logs and provider backups follow documented lifecycle periods and may age out after primary deletion.
You can manage your data and access, and exercise applicable privacy rights. Consent can be withdrawn where processing relies on it. Policy changes receive a new version and effective date; required acceptance is presented for review.
Access and export your portable vault data. Correct account information, and edit or delete memories.
Revoke devices, passkeys, invitations and optional AI access.
Where applicable, you can object to or restrict processing, request portability, or request deletion. Contact info@memooo.pro for privacy requests.
You can withdraw consent where processing depends on it. Material policy changes receive a new version and effective date. Required acceptance can be reviewed when you sign in, before continuing.
Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing. Optional marketing permission is not a condition of sign-in.
You can complain to a competent data-protection authority. Hungarian users may contact the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
US residents may exercise applicable state access, correction, deletion and portability rights without discriminatory treatment. Memooo does not sell personal data or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Memooo is a private web app for creating, connecting, encrypting, finding, exporting and selectively sharing Memos and attachments. Features may change as the product develops.
Memooo runs in your browser. Monthly or yearly cloud subscriptions provide encrypted storage, synchronisation and eligible sharing. New personal accounts receive a 14-day trial without a payment card. Paid checkout is a separate choice; the trial does not automatically charge you.
A feature described as planned or future is not part of the current service.
You are responsible for accurate account details, securing your email and approved devices, reviewing sharing scopes, maintaining suitable exports and promptly revoking access you no longer trust.
Do not use Memooo to violate privacy, intellectual-property, export-control, sanctions or other applicable laws; distribute malware; abuse another person; or interfere with the service.
Memooo aims to operate carefully, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed.
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited, including applicable consumer rights.
You retain your rights in content you add. You must have the right to upload and share it. Memooo receives only the limited rights needed to provide the service and perform features you explicitly start.
You grant Memooo limited rights to host encrypted data, process operational metadata, deliver chosen sharing and reminder actions, make requested exports, and perform features you explicitly start.
Your device encrypts content before storage. Authorized managed recovery services can recover protected vault keys after identity and device checks. This is not a promise of owner-only key custody. Review recipients, nested scope and contribution permissions before sharing.
Anyone you authorise can access the shared scope and may retain information they lawfully receive. Review recipients and scope before sharing.
Managed recovery relies on access to your registered email and the required identity and device checks. If you lose both approved devices and email access, recovery may no longer be possible. Password reset does not bypass vault approval.
AI is hidden or shown as an inactive preview in the web MVP. No active AI generation or free AI credits are included. Future AI output may be wrong; review it before relying on or saving it.
An API key is not a ChatGPT or Claude consumer subscription. User-provided API-key setup is not active in this MVP; any future provider access will be explained before use.
Existing saved keys are preserved, but API-key setup and AI requests are not active in this MVP. Future activation will disclose how a key is protected and used.
No AI credits are included in the MVP subscription. If user-provided API access becomes available later, the chosen provider's billing terms will apply separately.
Purchase terms explain cloud plans, trials, storage capacities, taxes, renewal, cancellation, refunds and withdrawal. Ending cloud write access preserves supported reading, export, billing management, recovery and account deletion.
Annual cloud plans, trials, fixed storage capacities, taxes, renewal, cancellation, refunds and withdrawal are described in the Subscription Terms and at Stripe Checkout.
Memooo may restrict activity that threatens security, exceeds documented limits, violates these Terms or remains unpaid. It will act proportionately and preserve mandatory rights.
