Memo content is encrypted on an approved device before storage. Operational metadata is not all end-to-end encrypted. An AI action you explicitly choose sends selected readable content to the provider shown in the interface.

Google Firebase and Google Cloud provide authentication, database, storage, Functions, security and operational logging. Vercel delivers the web application.

Verified deletion removes your account and owned vault data covered by that process. Terms and conditions
These terms govern creating an account and using Memooo. They cover the agreement, service, content rights, security, optional AI, payments and responsibilities. Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.

These Terms are between you and OnlineTools Kft. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18, have read these Terms and the Privacy Policy, and can enter this agreement.

OnlineTools Kft., represented by Viktor Ludvig, 8200 Veszprém, Festő utca 16., Hungary, operates Memooo. It is registered with Veszprémi Törvényszék Cégbírósága under company number 19-09-523213. Its Hungarian tax number is 27438044-2-19 and its EU VAT number is HU27438044.
Law and consumer protections
Hungarian law governs these Terms. This does not remove mandatory consumer protections or jurisdiction rights that apply where you live.
Changes to these terms
Memooo may update these Terms with a new version and effective date, and request acceptance when a material change requires it.

Using Memooo
Memooo is a private web app for creating, connecting, encrypting, finding, exporting and selectively sharing Memos and attachments. Features may change as the product develops.

Memooo runs in your browser. Monthly or yearly cloud subscriptions provide encrypted storage, synchronisation and eligible sharing. New personal accounts receive a 14-day trial without a payment card. Paid checkout is a separate choice; the trial does not automatically charge you.
Planned features
A feature described as planned or future is not part of the current service.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for accurate account details, securing your email and approved devices, reviewing sharing scopes, maintaining suitable exports and promptly revoking access you no longer trust.
Acceptable use
Do not use Memooo to violate privacy, intellectual-property, export-control, sanctions or other applicable laws; distribute malware; abuse another person; or interfere with the service.
Availability
Memooo aims to operate carefully, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed.
Responsibility and protected rights
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited, including applicable consumer rights.
Your content
You retain your rights in content you add. You must have the right to upload and share it. Memooo receives only the limited rights needed to provide the service and perform features you explicitly start.

You grant Memooo limited rights to host encrypted data, process operational metadata, deliver chosen sharing and reminder actions, make requested exports, and perform features you explicitly start.
Security and sharing
Your device encrypts content before storage. Authorized managed recovery services can recover protected vault keys after identity and device checks. This is not a promise of owner-only key custody. Review recipients, nested scope and contribution permissions before sharing.

Recovery and exports
Managed recovery relies on access to your registered email and the required identity and device checks. If you lose both approved devices and email access, recovery may no longer be possible. Password reset does not bypass vault approval.
Optional AI
AI is hidden or shown as an inactive preview in the web MVP. No active AI generation or free AI credits are included. Future AI output may be wrong; review it before relying on or saving it.

An API key is not a ChatGPT or Claude consumer subscription. User-provided API-key setup is not active in this MVP; any future provider access will be explained before use.

Existing saved keys are preserved, but API-key setup and AI requests are not active in this MVP. Future activation will disclose how a key is protected and used.
AI provider charges
No AI credits are included in the MVP subscription. If user-provided API access becomes available later, the chosen provider's billing terms will apply separately.
Payments and account state
Purchase terms explain cloud plans, trials, storage capacities, taxes, renewal, cancellation, refunds and withdrawal. Ending cloud write access preserves supported reading, export, billing management, recovery and account deletion.

Account restrictions
Memooo may restrict activity that threatens security, exceeds documented limits, violates these Terms or remains unpaid. It will act proportionately and preserve mandatory rights.
